We recognize the critical importance of this responsibility and implement comprehensive measures to safeguard your trust. This Privacy Policy specifically governs Devsfit Application services and does not extend to services governed by separate privacy policies. This policy does not apply to services offered by third-party companies, individuals, or applications that may integrate with Devsfit products and services for different operational objectives.
We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy based on evolving circumstances and regulatory requirements; however, we commit to not diminishing client rights under this Privacy Policy without explicit consent. For subscribers utilizing our cloud infrastructure, we monitor cloud space utilization patterns to provide more cost-effective cloud solutions and optimize resource allocation.
We want to clearly communicate the types of information we will not collect from subscribers unless explicitly requested by you.
Your personal content, including texts, reports, images, and other private information, remains exclusively under your control and ownership.

We use subscriber engagement analytics to understand feature utilization patterns. Data on most engaging to least engaging features helps optimize product designs and operational processes.
We use information to communicate directly with you. For instance, we may send notifications if we detect that your cloud space requires immediate upgrade for uninterrupted services. You can also contact us through email or our website. We maintain records of customer requests, complaints, and feedback to improve product performance and reduce issues.
We utilize information to enhance the security of our services. This includes detecting, preventing, and responding to security risks and technical issues that could compromise Devsfit services. For example, when we receive user feedback about potential security threats, we take immediate action to investigate and implement solutions to strengthen Devsfit security. We employ analytics to identify threat patterns and develop protective measures for the platform.
We grant Devsfit customer administrators, and supervisors if authorized by administrators, permission to view specific user activity. For example, your supervisor may access your team engagement activity, engagement analytics, team tasks, projects, goals, etc., enabling supervisors to implement strategies for improving team engagement activities.
Basic user profile information is accessible to all users within the Devsfit subscribed organization, except for confidential information such as emergency contacts, current and permanent addresses, etc., which are restricted to client administrators only.
We strongly recommend that users and administrators regularly change their passwords and store them securely to prevent security breaches.
You must immediately notify your Devsfit administrator of any suspected unauthorized access or security breaches. You can also report password-related security concerns through the "user feedback form" feature located in the top right corner of the Devsfit sign-out interface.
We, along with our cloud service providers, implement comprehensive security measures to protect your content stored in our cloud infrastructure. If we suspect any security breach, we will immediately notify you and provide guidance on protective measures. We safeguard Devsfit content from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure through two-step verification processes using users' email addresses or phone numbers during initial Devsfit sign-in. We expect you to change your password through profile settings to maintain continuous protection.
We strictly limit access for Devsfit developers, service providers, and third-party contractors to protect customer content from any misuse. All personnel with access to subscriber information are bound by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and face severe disciplinary action, termination, and legal consequences for any violations.
Subscriber company administrators can block user accounts, unblock them when necessary, or delete accounts as required by organizational policies.
Subscribers can temporarily or permanently deactivate Devsfit features and reactivate them when deemed suitable for their organizational culture and operational requirements.
