We strongly encourage all potential subscribers to thoroughly review this policy before initiating any subscription payments.
Upon acceptance of the Devsfit Service Agreement (DSA) terms and successful payment processing for the selected service package, subscribers will be granted access to Devsfit subscription services corresponding to their chosen subscription tier.
Subscription fees shall be remitted according to the pricing structure available at https://www.devsfit.com/, excluding any applicable taxes, VAT, tariffs, or government-imposed charges, unless a valid government-issued tax exemption certificate is presented to Devsfit Technologies Ltd.
Payment methods include bank transfers, checks, and government-approved payment gateway systems. To ensure payment security and prevent system errors, Devsfit has currently disabled automatic subscription renewal functionality. However, the company may implement auto-renewal features based on market demand and operational requirements.
Subscription periods are available in monthly and annual formats. Renewal dates are set one day prior to the subscription expiration date. For example, if a subscription begins on January 15, 2024, the renewal deadline will be January 14, 2025.
Payment gateway systems may automatically cancel subscriptions due to insufficient funds, outdated credit card information, or other payment-related issues. Subscribers are advised to verify their payment information and ensure adequate funds before subscription renewal.
Access to Devsfit Web Application and mobile applications is granted exclusively upon successful receipt of subscription payments into the company's designated bank account.
First-time SaaS users or reconnected subscribers will receive access to their Devsfit account within 3 to 5 business days following payment confirmation, allowing time for system installation, service training, and agreement finalization as required.
Subscribers may renew their subscription or initiate cancellation following the completion of their current subscription period. Upon cancellation, immediate access termination does not occur. Your account will remain active for an additional 30 days with renewal notifications. During this grace period, you may choose to renew your subscription or export and preserve your data before permanent account deactivation and content deletion occurs after 30 days of non-subscription status.
Devsfit does not provide refunds for monthly and annual subscription payments under any circumstances.
This no-refund policy applies comprehensively to all subscription categories, including monthly and yearly plans. Once payment processing is completed and subscription activation occurs, refunds will not be issued regardless of service utilization levels or customer satisfaction with platform features.
We strongly recommend that potential subscribers thoroughly evaluate our services through available trial periods or demonstration sessions before committing to a subscription. Our dedicated customer support team is available to address any questions or concerns regarding our services prior to subscription initiation.
While our standard policy prohibits refunds, we may consider exceptions in extraordinary circumstances including:
• Extended technical failures on our infrastructure that prevent service delivery for significant periods
• Billing discrepancies or duplicate payment processing
• Complete service discontinuation by Devsfit Technologies Ltd.
All exception requests will be evaluated individually and require formal written communication with our support team for consideration.
All financial transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. Processing fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable components of all transactions. For billing disputes, subscribers must contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date for investigation and resolution.
